What is “preorder”, exactly?
You pay today at a pooled price. We source your item, load it into a shipping container along with everyone else's orders, and ship it to Lagos. You receive it in about 35–50 days. It's cheaper because the whole container ships together — you get container prices instead of retail.
When will I get my order?
Roughly 35–50 days after the cycle closes. We always give a range, never a fixed date — here's why.
Why a range, not an exact date?
International shipping has real factors no one fully controls, so we build in buffer and keep you updated rather than promise a date we can't guarantee:
- Shipping-line schedules — Vessels and sailings shift.
- Weather — Storms and rough seas cause delays at sea.
- Customs clearance — Clearing times at the port vary.
- Port congestion — Lagos ports get busy; queues happen.
Can I get a refund?
You can request a full refund any time before your container leaves port — even after we've sourced and purchased your item. Once the container has shipped, the order can no longer be refunded. And if a batch never fills, you're refunded 100% within 48 hours.
What about shipping cost?
The product price is paid upfront. Shipping + customs clearing is shown as an estimate and paid on arrival — never a surprise, and never bundled into the price you see.
How do I know the item is genuine and good quality?
We share sourcing and inspection photos & videos for each cycle, and we hold goods to EU/USA standards. A named coordinator stays on your cycle the whole way.
