Plain and simple — here's exactly when you can get your money back.

Refundable until your container ships — not after.

You can request a full refund any time before your container leaves port — even after we've sourced and purchased your item. Once the container has shipped, the order can no longer be refunded. And if a batch never fills, you're refunded 100% within 48 hours.

Before the container ships — fully refundable

From the moment you pay until your container leaves the port, you can request a full refund of the product price — even after we've already sourced and bought your item. Refunds are made by bank transfer; we'll ask for your account details first.

After the container ships — not refundable

Once the container has sailed, your item is on its way and the order can no longer be refunded. You'll get shipment updates the whole way, and you collect at your chosen hub.

If a cycle never fills

If a cycle fails to fill and doesn't ship, you're refunded 100% within 48 hours. Your money only ever moves to suppliers once the container is confirmed.

Shipping & clearing

The product price is paid upfront. Shipping + customs clearing is shown as an estimate and paid on arrival — it isn't part of the upfront charge, and isn't refundable once paid at delivery.

How to request a refund

Message your cycle coordinator or our support line on WhatsApp with your order code. We'll confirm eligibility against the timeline above and process eligible refunds by bank transfer.
