Terms & agreement

You pay the product price upfront. Your order is pooled with others into an import cycle (a container). When the cycle fills — or its timer ends — it is sourced, shipped, cleared, and distributed via pickup hubs. Delivery timelines are estimates given as ranges, not fixed dates.

The product price is charged at checkout. Shipping and customs clearing are estimated upfront and collected on arrival; the exact amount is confirmed when the container lands.

You can request a full refund any time before your container leaves port — even after we've sourced and purchased your item. Once the container has shipped, the order can no longer be refunded. And if a batch never fills, you're refunded 100% within 48 hours. See the Refund policy for full detail.

We provide an estimated delivery range with buffer. Factors outside our control — shipping schedules, weather, customs, and port congestion — can affect timing. We keep you updated at each stage.

Orders are collected at your selected hub, or delivered by courier for an additional fee outside Lagos. Please collect within the stated window after arrival.
